Unstable Alice is a primitive Artificial Intelligence developed by the Disclosure Party. It is designed to allow the Disclosure Party to continue to exercise their first Amendment Right using templates to Congress should Joshua become combat ineffective due to pressure from the taxpayer funded Disinformation Campaign.

Alice is at least a decade or more behind Joshua technically, but the party has vowed to continue to upgrade Unstable Alice constantly until it is a true viable solution to writing to Congress for Disclosure.
